A. Production costs $385 – a one time fee.

Q. We are planning to change our monument sign – and maybe upgrade our model unit – how much does it cost to re-shoot and re-edit the video tour?
A. Video tour upgrades are $250.

Q. Are we permitted to feature the video tour on other listing services like apartmentguide.com, forrent.com, move.com, rent.net?
A. You may, and we recommend you use your video tour on all your listing services and online marketing sources -- including Myspace, Facebook, Craigslist, YouTube, Google Video, Google Base, etc.

Q. What video formats do you provide?
A. The industry standard in online video is Flash Video, which is the format that we stream your video tour. We also provide a high quality video for an optimum YouTube transfer. Plus, we provide you with a complimentary DVD of your video tour for play in your clubhouse or model unit.

Q. How long is the advertising agreement?
A. 12 month term

Q. How long does it take to create our video – from the time we sign up?
A. Weather cooperating -- usually between 4-6 weeks.
